1. Teenage Acne Characteristics
Teenage acne is primarily a result of hormonal changes during puberty, which lead to an overproduction of sebum by the sebaceous glands. This excess oil, combined with an accumulation of dead skin cells, clogs pores and results in the formation of pimples and blackheads. Early signs of teenage acne typically include small, widespread blemishes such as blackheads, whiteheads, or small pimples, primarily appearing on the face, forehead, nose, and chin. These breakouts are prone to recurrence, particularly under stress or with an unhealthy lifestyle.
2. TeensGlow.AI Model for Safe Formulation
To address the early stages of teenage acne, we developed the multimodal AI model “TeensGlow.AI,” which identifies safe and effective formulations specifically designed for teenagers. TeensGlow.AI integrates data from dermatology, pharmacology, and biochemistry to comprehensively evaluate the safety and efficacy of various ingredients. By simulating the interactions between different components, TeensGlow.AI formulates precise skincare solutions that provide anti-inflammatory, oil-control, antibacterial, and skin barrier-repairing benefits, effectively managing acne at its early stages and preventing further development.
3. Precise Inflammation Control and Bacteria Management
Our approach focuses on the mechanisms of teenage acne, targeting inflammation, controlling the proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes (the bacteria responsible for acne), and effectively repairing the skin barrier. We use ingredients such as Centella Asiatica extract to reduce inflammation, while salicylic acid and lactic acid inhibit bacterial growth and prevent the formation of new acne. Additionally, sodium hyaluronate and vitamin E work to repair and strengthen the skin’s barrier, helping to maintain healthy skin and prevent acne from worsening. Through these methods, we help teenagers manage their acne more effectively and maintain overall skin health.
